My child care experience began with helping my mom provide child care in our home for kids primarily in the 6 months-4 years age range. I also frequently helped provide child care in my church's nursery and children's ministries. When I was about 13 years old, I began to babysit for families that knew me through church and school on evenings and weekends. For one family, I started to babysit for the two kids when they were in kindergarten and 2nd grade and continued until they were entering 5th and 7th grades. Another family I babysat for recently consisted of three kids, ages 1, 3, and 6. In the summer of 2012, I began to babysit frequently for two girls in 3rd grade and 6th grade. I continued throughout the school year and into the next summer until I left for college. I have recently moved to Florida and I Read more am looking for part time or infrequent babysitting jobs to supplement my part-time job at Disney and schooling at UCF. My job at Disney is heavily based in interaction with children, specifically those between the ages of 3-12. This job keeps me busy on weekends until 8, but leaves me free to babysit Tuesday-Thursday evenings.
