I have had the pleasure of working alongside Janiah at our daycare, and I can confidently say she is an exceptional caregiver. She is patient, dependable, and incredibly attentive to each child’s individual needs. Janiah consistently creates a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to grow. In addition to working with her professionally, Janiah has also babysat my son, who is 3½ years old. Watching her care for him outside of the classroom only reinforced how trustworthy and capable she is. She handled his routines with ease, communicated clearly, and made him feel comfortable and secure, something that means everything as a parent. She is wonderful at building strong relationships with children and communicates thoughtfully with parents and coworkers alike. Whether it’s supporting emotional regulation, following routines, or engaging children in age-appropriate play and learning, she approaches her work with professionalism and genuine care. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Janiah as their nanny.
