I've been a mom for over 20 years (and a registered dietitian in private practice as well as a fitness pro). I have 3 older kids and have been married for 25+ years (but I feel much younger than than sounds :). Now we just have 1 teenager at home who has a busy job... I am missing mentoring young kids. I am looking forward to an opportunity to come alongside a local family in what I remember being a potentially challenging and busy season of life with younger children now that I have more flexibility in this season. I babysat a lot as a young adult, then had my own 3 kids, and have been helping with the K-2nd grade kids at our church as well as Vacation Bible School for many years.
