I love being a sitter because I enjoy building connections with kids and being someone they can trust and look up to. I love hearing about their day, learning what inspires them, and helping them feel supported, safe, and encouraged. I also enjoy keeping kids active, engaged, and having fun throughout the day. I have experience working at a karate daycare, where I helped train and supervise children in a structured and energetic environment. This role taught me patience, leadership, and how to keep kids active while maintaining a safe and positive atmosphere. I am currently in college pursuing my computer system engineering degree, so I’m also able to help with homework and schoolwork when needed. In addition to childcare experience, I serve in the Army National Guard as a combat medic. I am EMT certified and trained in CPR and first aid. I’m comfortable handling basic injuries, treating minor Read more wounds, and responding calmly in emergencies, which helps families feel confident their children are in safe hands. I’m also happy to help with household tasks such as cleaning, washing and folding clothes, running errands, and providing pickup or drop-off transportation when needed.
