Hello! My name is Alexia Woodley, and I worked at a preschool for about four years before moving to Atlanta for school. While working at the preschool, I was mainly in the infant room, where I cared for four infants independently. Working as the infant caretaker included the basics such as diaper changes, naps, feedings, etc., and helping the children meet their developmental stages. Although I was primarily in the infant room, I also worked closely in the 2-3-year-old rooms. I love caring for children and watching their personalities grow. I advocate for gentle teachings and guiding children in a way that creates a safe environment for them to display their emotions. I believe in helping every child understand their feelings and boundaries and providing them with communication tools that are helpful to them. I look forward to meeting everyone!
