At age 14 I began training at the Cowart-Family Ashford Dunwoody YMCA as a Counselor-in-Training, where I learned CPR, effective teamwork,interactive songs, games, emergency procedures, and more. Simultaneously I offered my services as a babysitter, which was an opportunity I'll always be thankful for. Over the years I've learned much about applying different communication and other beneficial skills to enhance childrens growth, even the parents from time to time. Each child is unique in their own way, which gives me significant motivation to help them discover new things about themselves.
