We hired Krystal for a morning daycare drop off job with our toddler. We arranged a meet up date in our home and even brought her to the daycare to be introduced to the facility and his teachers. Our start time for the job (date) was set to be July 17 but was not actually going to be until a week later. We kept in contact and confirmed start date and time. The night before we were set to start my husband texted her to confirm start time and she canceled on us. I’m 30weeks pregnant and drive almost an hour to work daily, which is why we needed care. A last minute cancellation without any notice (had we not checked in) is so disappointing and has real life consequences for our family. I would not recommend this sitter for that reason alone.
