Autumn showed interest in providing care for my daughters. After we spoke on the phone, we were excited to have her come to our house and meet our girls. She seemed to be a great fit and sitter for our girls. On the day she was supposed to come, she never showed up nor called to cancel. Her phone was going straight to voicemail. We never heard from her. She is not reliable and could not even give us the courtesy of a call to cancel.
