For the past two and a half years I have been working extensively at a mental health facilty for youth and adoleseents. I have grown in the company into a leadership role in my first 9 months. I work closely with each child with mental, behavioral and devlopmental disorders and challenges. Ive also worked closely with children in the forster care system . My roles allowed me to help the youth with their trama related issues as well as behavioral issues through developing a treatment plan with their therapist .
