Hi, I'm Carla! I'm an Atlanta native who has been babysitting since 7th grade...and NSYNC's first album came out then, so it's been a long time! 25 years to be exact. I love working with children and making them feel heard and valued as they navigate life. I think kids have the most profound (and funny!) insights, and I enjoy giving them the respect and confidence to express themselves. I've done everything from Friday night babysitting to full-time nannying, and I have recent experience in each of those scenarios. I also coached gymnastics for several years as an adult, working with large numbers of kids in everything from weekly classes, to summer camps, to after school programs. During the pandemic, I nannied full-time and used my past experience to create a summer camp curriculum that could all be done without leaving the home.
