I am passionate about helping others in any way. During recent years, I was part of multiple mentoring programs. The first program was once a week, I met with a group of 5th-6th grade girls to help with any education or social problems they encountered during the week. My second opportunity to help was during the summer. I spent two summers with primary and secondary kids. Helping them through summer activities and trips around town. The last opportunity was meeting with 3rd-grade mentees for about 30 minutes once a week. I was able to build a strong bond with two 3rd-grade students, something I will never forget. I learned from being a 'big' to my 'little' that no matter who you are, someone always looks forward to seeing you every week, and the excitement never ends. Every time I am home I have the pleasure of taking care of them. I have always enjoyed being an aunt to these four kids and always have a great time. What I am looking for now, is to be able to be a person whom kids can trust and believe. I would love to build a babysitter connection with your kid/s.
