Hi, my name is NaStassija Jackson and I have worked in childcare for about 8 years! I have watched family members as well as worked at daycares. I am a former Lead Teacher, Daily substitute teacher, RISE after school tutor, and Teachers assistant. I a currently in dental school to become a dental assistant for all ages. I have taught kids from the ages of 3 months to the ages of 16. I enjoy working with kids of all ages, but I like to go as far as middle school because I believe in molding children, Before they reach high school; when they start to figure themselves out more; I would like to leave a positive impact in some sort of way to mold them into a better person. I love kids! I love watching kids learn in different ways! I’ve always believed that even the teacher can learn from Read more their students. I believe in giving redirection, but also allowing the child to be creative and innovative. I am very comfortable with changing diapers, potty training, meal prepping, caring for sickness, helping with weening, teaching, energetic activities, arts and crafts, etc. I am currently in school so my schedule would vary on Tuesday and Thursdays! I have lab at 6pm. So i’m looking for a schedule that accommodates the hours of Monday- Friday 8:30/9:30 am- 5/5:30 pm. I am CPR and First Aid Certified and i am currently getting certified again through my school as well. I would love to help your family out with care and be there when needed as best as I can.
