Meet Claudia

Hello! My name is Claudia, I am a 22 year old full-time college student on her last year of graduating, however, I am all online now. I am an intercultural studies major and communications minor! I have volunteered with children in multiple settings such as a camp sleepover counselor for around five years, led a refugee children focused club at my college and helped volunteer for a non-profit after school with these kids, watched over several of family members children as well as strangers children through family friend connections or church. I absolutely adore children, and am very invested in non-profits such as IRC, UNCHR, A21, and more. The reason why I want to be a sitter is because honestly I miss the children's club in Colorado that I worked with as well as I like the idea of having the opportunity to understand children more because in the future Read more I'll probably be working for the government in a specified department for the protection of kids. A fun fact is that I am both german and venezuelan, but can't speak spanish fluently. I do well at understanding spanish though and hope to pick it up soon, as well as arabic. I love traveling, and trying new things. When I graduate this summer, I will either be admitted to the Foreign Services Internship or join the Peace Corps. Oh!
