While I’m sure Kaitlin is great with kids, she leaves a lot to be desired with communication. She agreed and signed a contract to be our nanny. The day before she was due to start, at 5:30pm, she finally let me know (after I sent multiple texts and calls with no response) that she leveraged my job to get more pay at hers. I had been chasing her all weekend trying to get a response from her about employment docs. I had to call her just to confirm she even wanted the job, which was when she finally let me know. Very disappointed and left in a bind- future employers beware. Kaitlin- in the future be open with communication like you said you were. Honestly I wouldn’t have left this review if she hadn’t dodged my calls and waited until the last minute to let me know what she was thinking.
