Meet Marisela

I first began working with children at licensed daycare centers while I was in college. The original plan was just to make some money while I was in school, but I quickly discovered that I has a deep love for working with kids! I wound up loving it so much that I spent the next 6 years working as a teacher in different professional childcare centers. I have experience working with infants as young as 6 weeks to elementary aged children as old as 12 years. I know that every child is different, and believe in the importance of treating children equitably, as opposed to equally. Every child has different needs and abilities, and that is something that should be cebrated. I am certified for infant and children CPR and First Aid up through mid May of 2024, and of course willing to renew certifications upon hire. I attained my Read more bachelor's degree in English from Kennesaw State University in 2018. I speak English and Spanish fluently, and have experience teaching Spanish in the classroom, as well as teaching ESL.
