Worked for us over the summer and planned many fun activities but often called very last minute to say she wasn't working today for various reasons. It was difficult to be a working parent without reliable care. Quit via text with no notice saying she got a live in job.

We were very disappointed when Ms. McCloud quit via text saying only she was offered another (live in) position. She gave no warning, notice or regaurd to the children's feelings. Other then often running late and calling out without any notice and needing to leave exactly at 5 to pick up her 2yr old foster child from daycare she was fine, good to the children and pleasant. I was surprised by her unprofessional departure.
