Hello, my name is Jesse Wayne Jewell. I’m the middle of three children raised by their maternal grandparents. Growing up, our grandmother & her youngest child, a daughter, taught us everything a person should know about taking care of themselves and others in life. During the Summers, we would work with our grandfather doing carpentry to pay for our school clothes the coming year. We were first versed & tasked in childcare while we were still children ourselves. We did the day-to-day hands on raising of a newborn cousin we were tasked with taking care of until he was around five years old.
