I'm a mom to one child who is now 17. I ran a daycare from my home for over 8 years, working with infants through 10 years. I currently substitute teach at commercial daycare centers, and used to coach recreational gymnastics for kids 12 months through elementary age. I have coached for special Olympics and also worked with special needs kids at my in-home daycare. I worked for the Safe Kids Coalition as well as Children's Healthcare of Atlanta in unintentional childhood injury prevention (water safety, bike safety, safe sleep/sids prevention, fire safety) and was a child passenger safety tech (certified car seat specialist) and specialized in special needs transportation. I like keeping kids active and also enjoy arts and crafts as well as reading and games. I am comfortable with pets and am happy to do light housekeeping and meal prep. I went to school for EMT however my Read more certification has since expired. I am current in CPR/first aid.
