I have loved and taken care of children all my life; and the most beautiful and rewarding part about it is they always feel that they love me more (of course not). Which is amazing because it means they connect with something deep within me that's far more spiritual; in which makes me feel very special. I've taken care of children with mental and educational challenges and happy to say we've overcame many when no one thought we could. I feel we all have a duty to do our part to make sure our children has all the tools/fundamentals to succeed in life. Which is why I understand the term "It takes a village to raise a child". I'm also very funny and the children agree with me of all ages, colors, sizes, and languages. Babysitting is not and would not be my primary career because I have other plans...however Read more it would be a perfect job for me that would allow me to make a difference as I continue to work toward my goals. I've also worked as a peer educator in a learning center from infant to 6yrs of age for 5yrs. I've been in front of school boards to discuss easier and better ways to connect and teach our children; in which learning techniques were adopted. I guarantee we all would benefit from my experience, love, patience, compassion, and eagerness to bond with a beautiful child/children; and possibly be considered as family one day. I currently take care of my 86yr old grandmother (4yrs) whom is very healthy and independent for the most part. I have a lot of love and patience, which is a valuable attribute when taking care of our elderly and children. As far as what sets me apart? I must say, the children sets me apart and for that I'm humbly grateful. I'm also trustworthy, dependable, energetic, and Corona Virus free.
