“ I absolutely love kids and have a special place in my heart for children with disabilities and other special needs. This past summer, I had the opportunity to work at a camp providing special needs campers with the same opportunities that "typical" kids would have. I spent my entire summer on horseback staff and would not trade that time for anything in the world. I have experience with children suffering from various disabilities ranging from Type 1 Diabetes, Muscular Dystrophy, and Spina Bifida, to children undergoing cancer treatments and organ transplants. I am an expert at providing an upbeat, exciting, fun environment for children while always keeping safety first. I was trained at camp for basic CPR and first aid, as well as wheel chair transfers.
