Shelby is a pleasant individual and friendly. From the time we hired Shelby to the moment she unexpectedly quit, she was scheduled to watch our children for 17 days. In the first five days she called off twice. In the second set of 5 days she called off twice. In the third set of 5 days she called off four times. In the final set of 2 days, she showed up to work and left after 90 minutes. The reasons she provided for calling off was 1) She hit our neighbor's mailbox with her car and 2) She was sick. When hiring a babysitter, besides the safety of the children, the next most important feature is showing up when scheduled. It felt like we were constantly trying to find a babysitter to substitute for the babysitter we had already hired.
