I'm am a college student attending school online with Arizona State University. I have past experience working as a paraprofessional at Groton Public Schools (Connecticut). During my time at Groton public schools I worked as a "floater" where I had some experience working in a kindergarten classroom and then as a shadow to students with various special needs in various grades. After working as a "floater," I was given a long term substitute paraprofessional position in an integrated preschool classroom; where the majority of my time with Groton Public schools was spent. In this position, I worked with students age 3-5 with various special needs (ex. Autism, Developmental Delay, Non-verbal, etc.). I also have experience with animals. My family back home has two Huskies, a Golden Retriever, a cat, bearded dragon, and fish. Before moving to Georgia I regularly helped care for these animals.
