Hi! My name is Bailey Knight, and I’m a dedicated and nurturing caregiver with a year of formal experience working through a freelance childcare agency. I’ve had the joy of working with children of all ages—from snuggly infants to energetic 10-year-olds—and I’m confident in creating a safe, structured, and fun environment no matter the setting. I currently study Integrated Healthcare Science with a minor in Leadership at Kennesaw State University, and I plan to one day work in healthcare administration. My passion for care and community is what drives my work, both in the classroom and beyond. Most of my experience comes from daycare and after-school programs. I’ve independently managed a room of eight nonverbal, non-potty-trained two-year-olds and supervised up to 50 students from Pre-K to 5th grade during after-school care.
