Hi families! My name is Ashleigha Rose, and caring for children is truly my passion. I’ve always had a natural love for kids, and what started as helping out with family and friends quickly grew into a professional journey centered on nurturing, teaching, and guiding little ones as they grow. Every child I’ve cared for has reminded me why this work is so meaningful — their laughter, curiosity, and energy make every day special. I began babysitting at a young age and eventually built my own small, home-based daycare. Over time, I’ve gained hands-on experience caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and early school-age children. I’ve learned how important it is to create an environment that’s not only safe and structured but also filled with joy, learning, and creativity. My training and certifications make me confident and prepared for any situation. I am a Certified Phlebotomist (2022) and currently completing my CPR and First Aid certifications to ensure that your child’s safety and well-being are always my top priority. I also continue to learn about early childhood development and creative teaching techniques, because I believe the best caregivers never stop growing. I charge $22–$30 per hour for one child, with an additional $3–$5 per hour per extra child, depending on the schedule and specific care needs. I believe in fair pricing that reflects quality care, attentiveness, and a nurturing touch. As a sitter and caregiver, I bring patience, structure, and compassion into every home. I treat every child as if they were my own and work to build trust and open communication with families. I’m also willing to relocate or adjust my schedule to meet a family’s needs because I understand how valuable consistency and reliability are when it comes to child care.
