I am a 22 year old college graduate living in Lawrenceville. I love spending time with kids as I have several younger siblings. I bond easily with children (and pets). I have experience babysitting a variety of ages and am great with any hands on activities(arts & crafts, games, gardening, etc).

Had a phone interview with Kayla before having her in my home for face to face interview. I shower her around and told her the details of the position a second time. On her way out, she mentioned a higher price which I agreed with to even after she asked to take her laptop to work. I did a paid trial with her which I offered just to make sure the job would be a right fit. The day of pick up, few hours before I sent a text about the carseat and tag and her response was "Okay". Few minutes later she sent me a message stating she twisted her ankle the night before and she was in Urgent care while I was texting and was told to be on bed rest. Therefore she is unable to pick up my child. Now, I know accidents happen but to wait few hours before picking up my child to notify me is unprofessional. Why not state the night the before about this incident? Why not state in the morning as well while in the ER? To top it off, I told her when I get home or my oldest she could leave which is around 5, 5:30. I heard her on my door cam asking my oldest what time I would get here and my oldest responded that sometimes I get later with later. Her response was "Oh no, I have to leave . I have an appointment at 5:30" . Does that make sense if you are to leaving 5 -5:30pm? These young people are unreliable! People have jobs and businesses to run. You can't be playing with people's time and kids like that. Never again!
