I'm a senior at the University of Maryland University College with a major in digital media and web technology. I am also a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology Full-Stack Web Development program. I speak a little Japanese and Korean, and recently attended school in Tokyo. I've traveled all over the US doing various community service projects in areas such as education, construction, and environmental conservation with AmeriCorps NCCC. In the past, I worked as a certified nursing assistant with 4 years of experience caring for the elderly. My CPR and first aid training certifications have expired, but I am working toward renewing them. Currently, I am a stay at home mother to one 2-year-old daughter. I homeschool her and we do various fun, creative inside, and outside activities while visiting local areas. I am a firm believer in gentle parenting. I am looking to help other mothers. I Read more have a preference for overnight care and helping mothers who work odd hours, since I also have odd working hours and I can understand how hard it is to find quality care at non-9 to 5 hours.
