I have worked for multiple childcare facilities , After school programs ,and middle schools . I have been working and assisting in this field for 9 years alone . I have tons of patience and understanding and I've learned to work with children and support children from a various form of ethnicities and backgrounds .I'm no stellar baby sitter but what separates me from most is my character , integrity,and ability to love all children and people the same . I value the opportunity to give knowledge as much as I do to receive it . My aspirations are to one day very soon own my own group home / childcare facility where all operations and needs of each child will be executed in a way that it has never been before . I have two children of my own a toddler and a newborn and I am understanding to life and the responsibility of another life that looks upon myself for guidance .
