Hi! My name is Heather Casteel. I have been a Teacher's assistant for over twenty years and am working on my teaching degree. I worked for three years as a live out nanny for a family with two school age girls and a three year old little girl with special needs. Be prepared to pay $1,200 a month because that's her her goal for her bill,s that she has to meet it was nice idea for her to refer somebody but I wasn't okay about that because I don't like to go outside of the sittercity company besides that the young girl was too young that she referred she also didn't want to provide her actual address so I would say be careful with that for the most part she did well with the kids they were kept safe and taking care of wow but I also have a camera system in my home that she was aware of I was late to work two days so I don't know about the punctual part not to punctual other than that if you're just looking for someone for emergencies or covering the babysit I say you she would be a good for that but be prepared to pay a high price so my kids were safe and she was nice it would have been nice to keep her at a negotiable price though cuz over all my kids were safe but it didn't work out that way she had Family Matters to take care of so I had to call her last minute I need I only had a day or two to prepare for a new babysitter she said there was a text I didn't see it I got no text so I had to call her and I only had two days to prepare for a new babysitter
