Front of House Team Leader, Chick-Fil-A; Monroe, Georgia — April 2017- May 2018 My duties at Chick-Fil-A were as follows: •FOH Team Leader - In charge of improving the front of house in order to make Chick-Fil-A the best experience in Walton County. •Prep/Prep Lead - Prepared all the cold foods for that night and the next day. In charge of the prep area and keeping the inventory for food prep. •Trainer - Train new hires up front and train people on food prep. •Team Member - As a team member, I was expected to know how to do all the front of house duties. These duties are; taking orders in the drive-thru, at the front counter, and outside, making drinks and ice cream products, serving customers, keeping the dining room and bathrooms clean, and deep cleaning the store at the end of the night. I have a 2 year old goddaughter who I’ve helped take care of since she was born. She has spent a little more than a week at time with me several times. I absolutely love children. I believe they are God’s greatest gift. I hope to have several children of my own someday.
