While I was in highschool, for almost 5 years I worked as a Sunday school Teacher at a church near my house. I took care of children infants to age 6. I was the Lead Nursery Caretaker, so I took care of many children of all ages at once 3 days a week. I loved that job more than any I have ever had! I also began college, and am still working on my degree. However, I did obtain my CDA. I am also trained and certified in knowing CPR, etc. I have plenty of babysitting experience for 4 different families. Two of the children I have cared for for the last few years, unfortunately, have some disabilities. Which can be challenging at times, but it has just helped me that much more in gaining patience and understanding when working with children, because each child is different. This makes each child feel special, from the attention and care it takes to truly work hard to build relationships with the children you care for. This is my passion, and I would love the chance to get back into the career field I have always wanted to get in, and stick with! Nothing could make me happier than caring for children again, and simply being given the opportunity to do so thrills me!
