Taking care of children is truly a great opportunity and has always been a huge and special part of my life. My joy for working with little ones started when I was about 8 years old when my grandmother retired and started her own daycare to take care of kids in the community for free. She taught me that caring for and loving little ones is the greatest gift there is and she did so until she passed. I decided to take the many gems she gave me and put into a life long career healing and providing care as a pediatric oncology nurse. While I'm in school I loving babysitting as much as possible and by doing so reminds me of the love I have for children and brings me so much joy.
