I have a 4 year old daughter of my own, who I raised as a single mother since she was 6 months old. As the older sibling, I took on additional responsibility at an early age to care for her. In addition, I babysat my boy and girl cousins from ages 1 through 8 when their parents were away. I love being around children because their curious and exciting minds keeps me happy and goal-oriented. My most recent childcare experience involved serving as a daycare teacher during the summer months which was very rewarding and inspiring.
