Hello, My name is Keisha, I am available for a part time nannying and child care assistance and/or household manager. I love children and I have 10 years of child care experience! I have a B.A. in behavioral science, plus 6 years of teaching experience. I work with newborns, toddlers, and preteens. Some of my past positions include, Homeschooling, night nurse, twin infants, and twin toddlers. I also hold 12 early childcare certificates; they are as follows: 1. A day with me includes, reading story books, building blocks/ legos, play housekeeping/dress up/family, painting, coloring, drawing, paper cutting and pasting (pretty much any arts and crafts), field trips like the zoo etc., lunch/play in the park, indoor games, outdoor games, Singing and dancing ( I can sing almost every song from EVERY movie!). I feel like the list is endless! I am very crafty and can make almost anything out of ...almost anything!! I also can also incorporate academics/circle time if you'd like; days of the week, months, seasons, social emotional learning, motor skill practice, writing, reading and recognizing site words, potty training, palate development aka taste bud training etc. I am fluent in Sign Language and taught it for 3 years to preschool and elementary ages and can incorporate that too if you'd like! Infant care is relatively the same but more baby friendly sensory activities, baby exercises, diaper changes, feeding and bottle prep, help implement feeding and nap schedules. medicine administration, tummy time, baby lunges.
