Hello parents! I’m Ja’Siah, a working actress, director, and teaching artist! My career- yes, makes me a wonderful bedtime story teller- but also has resulted me in working with adults and children! My parents did foster care, I grew up with siblings, I offer film and artistic classes to youth, I’m a Teaching Artist at the Alliance Theatre, and more. This- along with many other things- left me with TONS of experience in caring for, teaching, and bonding with children of all ages from as young as 16 months all the way to adulthood. Alongside proper childcare and creative activities, I’ve undergone yearly training to develop skills such as safely handling and regulating emotions, communication, and teaching methods that makes learning- and life- fun!
