I grew up in small town Virginia, where everyone knew each other’s last name and took care of each other like a huge family. I started babysitting at age 10 where I would watch my neighbors kids and make them lunch/dinner before their parents came back to take over before baths and bedtime. I moved here in 2014, after I gained a little blessing in 2013 when my mom gave birth to my little brother, and I did homeschooling so I could help care for him while my parents worked. Diapers, bottles, snacks, card games, and just being silly together. As he grew up and his needs grew with him, I along with my parents found new things to entertain him with, new interests he may have, and even dealt with picky eating and sleepless nights because of growing pains. I have always wanted to have children of my own, Read more and watching my brother for almost 9 years has taught me so much about raising a child and also the love that can you have for one as well. I have also watched a few children for my partner’s coworkers, from going to their house playing video games and having a pizza party to taking their children to and from practice or an event. I love these kids like they are my own and I will protect them with everything I have. I know jumping into finding a sitter online is scary, but I am here to be the one who gives your mind ease and to know your kid(s) are in good hands.
