I have spent the past year working with children ranging from pre-school to middle school. I have worked in an after school program as well as a summer camp. My favorite part of working with children is one-on-one interactions, which are harder to come by when working with large groups as I do, so I am hoping to find something more geared towards that. My babysitting experience is limited to my own nephew (22 months old), but I love kids and work well with them. I am patient and laid-back. I like to let kids be kids and have fun, though I am also aware of the importance of rules for their own safety and growth. I would have no issue implementing whatever rules or routines the parent(s) desire. I know there are a lot of people with more experience than me, but I am sure none of them would Read more exceed the care, kindness, and sense of responsibility I would have for your child.
