I received the best training early in my career path when I started working in a homeless shelter on Long Island, NY As a Counselor, I was the Solely responsible staff on duty to maintained secure and optimally run facility of up to 11 women and 4 children, 36 hr. shifts, from Friday 9am- until Monday, 9am.
