Netty and I talked shortly after lunch on the day of the babysitting job. She indicated that she was able to sit for us and would come over at the agreed to time. When she was 20 minutes late we called but got no answer and then I checked my SitterCity account. Evdiently she sent a email response to say she couldn't sit for us but did not call. We were left with no babysitter and had to stay home. I would not rely on Netty again.
