I’m a patient babysitter with many years of experience sitting children of many ages. Currently I am a first year student at Georgia State University, and have a very flexible schedule, including staying late hours. My background in child care starts with the birth of my amazing little sister. I was an only child for 14 years, and when my sister was born I quickly learned how much I enjoyed caring for kids and watching them grow. Since then, I have cared for the children of family friends and neighbors, as well as my sister’s peers. I have experience working at Jitterbug PA, a performing arts program in which my job title was a teaching assistant. The classes would consist of about 20 kids, and my job was to support the teacher by being there to offer assistance to the kids to keep them happy and busy! Though my style of sitting depends on the child(ren) I’m caring for, I love to include hands-on activities such as arts and crafts. Typically this looks like board games and mini-sculptures.
