I love working with children because I have a baby brother myself and I fell so in love with his joy and spark and the brightness in his eyes. He is always up for anything, and I want to make sure he is safe AND happy while he does it! I have never gotten paid for babysitting but I have hours on hours of experience watching my baby brother and my baby cousins. I would call myself a gentle caregiver, so I will not yell at or scold your children. I will take their emotions into account and try to find the best compromise that is available when they get upset.
