My name is Taylor and I am 20 years old. I've been a Child care provider for children of all ages. From ages 1 to 12. I've began babysitting when I was 15, caring for my hairstylist three children. I'd be available for her anytime during the week when she needed me and especially on the weekends. From then on, I started looking into becoming a babysitter. That's when I searched websites and applied to being a Child Care Provider and from there, I've babysat two Parents children for almost a year. I also have older siblings whom children I looked after and cared for when they were in need and also a best friend of mine who's child I would care for. I love to provide the same structural and safe environment for children as if they're parents were around. I'm very protective and focused when it comes to Read more children. I would think of them as my own or a minor deeply close to me when they're in my care. I've always gotten excellent feedback when I'd work with Parents children. I would never put any child in harms way and always make sure they're getting the proper care and love they need. It's very imperative to me that the parents and I have a fine understanding of their rules/policies. I'm very responsive and a great listener to children because just like us older individuals they want someone to listen and try to understand where they're coming from. I have a very big and kind heart to where you would instantly connect with my personality and my positive energy that I tend to give off. I love smiling and having fun. I'm a very energetic person and also adventurous. I have smaller siblings of my own so we're always trying to be active in something and they definitely keep me going in life.
