My name is Cheryl, and I'm your spry older person that loves children. As the eldest of 6 children, I have always been in a position of caregiver to my younger siblings as both parents worked. My first cognitive experience with a newborn though was when my youngest sister was born when I was 14. Wow was that a fantastic time of nurturing, teaching and guiding. In the 80's was a live-in nanny for 2 children (ages 3 & 5) in D.C. while attending A.U. In 2002, I was an assistant Montessori Teacher in Tampa for ages 3-6. Much of that training i still use today as well as my natural love, care and nurturing spirit for all the little new people in my life today.
