Ever since I was young I always had a fascination with babies and motherhood. I just love everything about babies. The crying doesn't get on my nerves I look at it as they are telling us what is wrong with them. We just have find the problem and fix it. I have been given the nickname the "baby whisperer". I have been asked to babysit on multiple occasions. Ever since I was 10. Of course the parents were still in the house with me being that age. But they realized I didn't need much help in caring for their children. I also have worked in the overseeing of the little ones at church. My friend's aunt was so surprised at how quickly I got her baby to fall asleep. Honestly I wanted to play with her. Next thing I realized her eyes were starting to close. I love giving head Read more massages and providing genuine care. Recently in college I mentor a lot of children through the organization of ENACTUS. I volunteer at the Boys and Girls club, Hudson Docket, and the Ora Lee West housing development homes. I am also tri-lingual. I speak Spanish, French, and am currently training to be an American Sign Language interpreter. If you are worried about television exposure I do not own a television in my apartment. I believe there are other important duties that can been done during the time it would take watching tv. I also know the importance of being active. I know how to adjust physical activities to match each age levels. I also know the importance of the arts, whether it be music, arts and crafts, and dance. I have been trained in First aid and CPR as well.
