Hey All! My name is Tamya, and I am very interested in becoming your sitter/nanny. I love being a sitter because caring for children brings me so much joy. Watching them grow, learn, and explore the world is truly rewarding. Kids are full of energy, creativity, and personality, and I enjoy being someone who supports, guides, and nurtures them. I have a passion for making sure children feel safe, loved, and heard. My goal is always to create a positive, fun, and caring environment for every child I care for. I have years of hands-on experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns to school-aged kids. I’ve worked with twins, children with special needs, and children with medical conditions. I also have experience supporting families with busy schedules by helping with homework, bedtime routines, meal prep, and light housekeeping. I am CPR and First Aid certified and a certified Patient Care Technician with a focus in pediatrics. I have my associate’s degree in pre-nursing and am preparing to further my education by pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), a Bachelor of Science in Education for American Sign Language, and a minor in Health Administration. My skills include: Emergency safety and first aid response, Medical knowledge and care for children, Strong communication, including some slight experience with ASL (American Sign Language) Homework help and educational support housekeeping, organization, and meal preparation, Compassionate care for children with special needs or medical conditions.
