Hi! I'm currently a student at VCU in Richmond, VA but am home for the semester due to COVID regulations. I've volunteered with a local Boys and Girls Club throughout my last two years of high school and absolutely loved it. I assisted with learning outside of their traditional school day and homework as well as when they played in the gym. I am also currently volunteering with a local women's shelter in providing care to their children while they're participating in group sessions. I think that now is such an important time to tend to childrens' needs as they aren't in a traditional school environment and I have always had an interest in babysitting. Most of my experience comes with looking after elementary age children but can definitely adapt to any age!
