Hello! In High School and through College, families would ask me to babysit for the occasional date night or mid-day appointment but not with regularity. I have lost contact with many of these families, but my commitment to care-giving has remained. I have spent the past three years as a live-in assistant to vulnerable populations living in therapeutic, residential facilities. This has included: meal preparation, educational activities and trips, work-assistance (in mostly agricultural settings), living space upkeep, hygiene reminders, distributing medications, and social companionship. While this work has mostly been with adults, I also love exploring the world with kids and engaging their curiosity.
