Aloha, My name is Barbara and I recently moved over from Maui. My ID still says Haiku but I am actually located in Pahoa. When I was young my mom babysat so I made my way in at a young age. I babsysat on the side during school hile also waiting tables until about 21 when I came out to Hawaii. I babysat for a friend down the street intermittently and his children were 6 and 9. I then went a different route of caretaking a quadrapalegic for a few years, it was a very rewarding, humbling , but also energetically consuming experience. It was such a refresher to start to babysit again.. Most recently I was babysitting two sweet girls (4 and 6) and only stopped because they were moving away.
