Aloha, My name is Vanessa. I was born and raised here on Oahu and am currently in my senior year at UH Manoa. I am studying Ecology & Food Security with my goal being to get into the education field after graduation. Being the eldest of 4 sisters, I would describe myself as naturally very responsible, patient and nurturing. I began babysitting when I was 15, taking care of children ranging from 11 months to 13 years old. When I was 18, I spent the summer in France as an au pair (nanny) to a 12 year old girl. I was a lifeguard at a pool for 4 years and currently work at a restaurant. For fun, I enjoy surfing, painting and guitar (and would be thrilled to teach your kids too!). Now that classes have ended, I am available weekdays all day and most nights. Mahalo!
