My name is Jessica, I'm First Aid CPR AED certified (expires: 09/2023) and recently started working at A local preschool as a lead preschool teacher. I've been babysitting since I was a teenager but I've also studied child development and education and have worked in preschools, both in the US and Germany. I have a BS in Child Development and Family Relations and a MS in Educational Science. I just moved to Hawai’i from Beijing, China where I taught First Grade at an international school, and before that I was in Rwanda as a Peace Corps volunteer. I very much enjoy getting to know children and their families and applying my knowledge and skills to promote healthy development and happy kids!
