I LOVE children and have over 20 years of experience as a professional babysitter. My little sister was born when I was 12 years old and I fell in love with young children at that moment. I enjoy spending time with children outdoors, reading, sensory and water play, dancing, singing, going on adventures, and coming up with creative arts activities to do at home. I have a strong background in environmental and arts education. I have previously worked as a nanny to 3 families, as the education coordinator at the Art Explorium (a creative reuse arts center for children), and as a teaching aide at a preschool (The Early School). I have my Masters in Education from the University of Hawaii-Manoa and am currently substitute preschool teacher at the Early School in Honolulu.

Our family was vacationing in Waikiki and we had Janice babysit our two daughters one evening. She came to meet us prior to that evening and provided references which really put us at ease. When she arrived to babysit, she jumped right in to help out with the kids - bath time, dinner, bed time. The kids had a great time with her and she was great with them. We would highly recommend her!
